Tropic Marin® O-Megavital Nori are natural red algae of the genus Porphyra. These are a rich food source that is readily consumed by many marine fish, especially surgeonfish and other algae and growth feeders. The so-called nori algae are characterized by their high content of protein, B vitamins (B1, B2, B6, and B12), and taurine.
