Papillon Chinchilla Bathing Sand Quartz 0.0-0.3 mm

Chinchillas, as well as other rodents such as degus, gerbils, and gerbils, require a daily sand bath for grooming. Sand bathing is essential for optimal coat care, especially for chinchillas: Moisture and excess oil are absorbed by washing in the sand bath, and dirt particles are loosened. The coat is naturally cared for and acquires a silky shine. The ideal structure allows the sand to slide off the hair more easily, leaving fewer sand particles in the fur. Sand bathing creates an optimal and, above all, species-appropriate environment for the animal, and it feels comfortable.

Application:
For about 30 minutes daily, place a small tub in the cage filled with 3-4 cm of sand. It's important that your chinchilla can move around freely, so the tub can be slightly larger than your chinchilla.
